Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped in food processor and wrung out.
  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp dried oregano

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Roll into a tube encased in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Don't jam meat onto tines of rotisserie
  4. Rotisserie burner on high with drip tray - 15 minutes on high.
  5. Turn heat down to medium for 20 - 30 minutes - until meat reaches 165 degrees
  6. Turn the heat off and let the meat spin for 20 minutes.
