Donairs
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped in food processor and wrung out.
- 2 pounds of ground beef
- 1 Tbs minced garlic
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Directions
- Process all ingredients in a food processor.
- Roll into a tube encased in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Don't jam meat onto tines of rotisserie
- Rotisserie burner on high with drip tray - 15 minutes on high.
- Turn heat down to medium for 20 - 30 minutes - until meat reaches 165 degrees
- Turn the heat off and let the meat spin for 20 minutes.
