Crock Pot Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 500 ml Sour Cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 450 g Old Cheddar shredded
- 1300 g (2 Bags McCain) shredded potatoes (frozen or thawed)
- 1 onion diced
- S & P
Directions
- Spray crock pot with non-stick spray
- Stir everything together and put in the crock pot on high for 2 hours, low for 2 hours
