Crock Pot Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Sour Cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 450 g Old Cheddar shredded
  • 1300 g (2 Bags McCain) shredded potatoes (frozen or thawed)
  • 1 onion diced
  • S & P

Directions

  1. Spray crock pot with non-stick spray
  2. Stir everything together and put in the crock pot on high for 2 hours, low for 2 hours
