Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 3 (11-12oz) cans of sweet corn
- 7 oz can of chiles (drained)
- 1/2- 3/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- pepper to taste
- 8-10 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Mix all. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
