BBQ Rub
Based on Steven Raichlen's Rub from Ribs, Ribs, Ribs
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of sweet paprika
- 2 Tbs of smoked paprika
- 4 Tbs of coarse sea salt
- 4 Tbs of smoked salt
- 4 Tbs of black pepper
- 2 Tbs of garlic powder
- 2 Tbs of onion powder
- 2 Tbs of dry mustard
- 2 tsp of celery seed
Directions
- Combine and store in a mason jar.
