Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles (about 4.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp buttermilk (you can get away with milk)
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, preferably a couple hours before you want to serve the dip.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Notes
- This dip will keep in the refrigerator for approximately one week.
- Makes 1.5 cups of dip.
