Breakfast Smoothie

Main gist: 8 oz liquid, 16 oz fruit
Ingredients
- 4 oz milk or yogurt
- 4 oz Acai or pomegranate juice
- 1 frozen banana (4 oz)
- 4 oz frozen strawberries
- 4 oz frozen blueberries
- 4 oz frozen peaches
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bag or carafe of blender and refrigerate overnight for fruit to thaw.
- Slowly turn up speed to medium until you achieve a vortex.
- Blend for 1 minute, turn to max and blend for another minute.
