Breakfast Smoothie

Main gist: 8 oz liquid, 16 oz fruit

Ingredients

  • 4 oz milk or yogurt
  • 4 oz Acai or pomegranate juice
  • 1 frozen banana (4 oz)
  • 4 oz frozen strawberries
  • 4 oz frozen blueberries
  • 4 oz frozen peaches

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bag or carafe of blender and refrigerate overnight for fruit to thaw.
  2. Slowly turn up speed to medium until you achieve a vortex.
  3. Blend for 1 minute, turn to max and blend for another minute.
