Mustard Sauce
Particularly good for pork tenderloin.
Ingredients
- 1 - 2 Finely chopped shallots
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbs heavy cream
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Cook shallots in butter over moderate heat until shallots are softened.
- Add stock and deglaze for 2 minutes.
- Add mustard and cream, return to boil and add lemon juice and simmer until thickened.
