Vegetable Medley
Ingredients
Veg
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 carrots
- 4 Tbs butter
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheese
Topping
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano cheese
- Pinch salt, pepper
Directions
- Trim and blanch veg (cauliflower, then carrots, then broccoli)
- Make cheese sauce and assemble topping.
- Toss blanched veggies with enough cheese sauce to coat.
- Place in even layer in greased casserole dish, top with more sauce, then toppiing.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
