- Tomatoes: 26 litres of tomatoes, 2.5 litres of fire roasted and 4.5 litres of chili sauce.
- 2 Tbs of lemon juice per Litre jar or tomatoes.
- 55 minutes to process 1 Litre jars, 45 minutes for pint jars.
